Welcome to the Qynx Help Center. Find clear answers to the most common questions about wallet payments, payment status, and troubleshooting steps that help you complete payments with less friction.

If you are paying via the Qynx payment link, the UI reads your payment details and current status from the backend using the id in the URL.

Quick start

  • Open your payment link and verify the chain/asset shown on the page.
  • Connect the correct wallet (EVM/TRON for token flows, UniSat for BTC flows).
  • Confirm the required wallet approvals/transfers, then wait for the payment state to update.

Understanding payment status

  • pending: the payment is waiting for your wallet approval/transfer confirmation.
  • processing: your transaction is being monitored until it completes or fails.
  • completed: payment is confirmed and finalized.
  • failed / expired: the payment did not complete in time or encountered an error.

Common issues

  • Insufficient balance: check your wallet balance and network fees on the selected chain.
  • Wallet not found: make sure the correct wallet extension/app is installed and unlocked.
  • Approval rejected: approve again after reviewing the spender, network, and amount.
  • Payment stuck in pending: confirm you submitted the transaction in your wallet.
